Mezz Capital Partners is a specialist, corporate and real estate debt structuring and advisory business, with a focus on debt and equity capital arranging. We have a close relationship with a considerable network of debt and equity partners, with funding capabilities across product spectrums and asset classes, which facilitates optimum and bespoke funding and transactional solutions. The business was founded by the Executive Director, Ben Salomon, who possesses a wealth of experience in the debt and mezzanine capital markets. The business is positioned as the leading conduit for the mezzanine finance market, and as a one stop shop for mezzanine and related debt and equity product structuring and arranging.
The business (previously TC Property Mezz Partners) was spun out of Transaction Capital Limited through the acquisition of the business by Ben Salomon.
